“In 1997 I saw a video entitled 'Chi Power - the Ultimate Phenomenon' which featured Sifu Yeung. What was featured on the video amazed me; I decided I had to see him for myself. In January 1998, I attended a seminar conducted by Sifu in London. When Sifu walked into the room I sensed I was in the presence of someone whose persona was different to any other person I had ever met. The content of the seminar astounded me as Sifu demonstrated his unique abilities, but it was his words and the delivery of his teaching on the action of mindfulness which affected me most, and lit a spark deep inside me as the truth of his words hit home. I began to contemplate the meaning of his teaching and how it applied to myself. It was then that I knew I must apply for the Classical Qigong Foundation Course.”
